This amp came in with a loud buzz. A solid-state rectifier had been wired in and a 3-prong cord was already installed. I reverted the amp back to tube rectification, replaced the electrolytic capacitors, modified the ground scheme (which killed the hum), and moved the heater center tap to the power tube's cathode.
I couldn't find much info on the amp. It is definitely a Unicord product, and I believe it is the same amp as the Univox U-42. Jensen C12S speaker.
