This import amp appeared to have been modified and de-modified a time or two. The circuit had been converted into, more or less, a Plexi style 4-input Marshall.
I reverted the amp to the stock 2204 circuit, modified it to use EL34s, and rewired the four inputs to be hi, medium, low and very low (the standard low sensitivity input).
