A clever previous owner had mounted a small transformer and two adjustable-RPM computer fans inside the cabinet. Great idea as these amps are not well ventilated. Unfortunately, the on/off switch for the fans had fallen apart, so I just wired them to turn on with the amp's power switch.
Also fixed the random channel switching/volume fluctuation problem that seems common with these Vintage Club amps. Still, I think they're a great value - too bad they're not produced any more. The clean channel easily beats that of the Peavey Classic 30.
