Couldn't find a model number on this but "Muscal Amplifier" was etched on the circuit board . . . it appears to match a Univox U-45RB schematic. Anyway, I completely overhauled the amplifier, which included: replacing all of the leaky paper-in-oil coupling caps, replacing the electrolytic capacitors, installing a 3-prong grounded cord, and rewiring the mains circuitry for increased safety.
