Orange AD140 TC

This amp had been modified, but I'm not sure why.  The small cathode bias resistors had been removed, the spike protection diodes had been removed, and the relay power supply was also strangely modified in a nonsensical manner: the full-wave rectifier was replaced with a half-wave rectifier, and the filtering was reduced substantially.

Though the removal of the cathode bias resistors probably had a negligible effect on tone, I put them back in.  They'll add a hint a negative feedback and may improve the stability of the amp, which is probably why Orange included them in the first place.

I also reverted the relay supply to the stock circuit, put spike protection diodes back in the amp, and replaced the dead JJ power tubes with SED Winged Cs.  The amp is now back with the living.
