This amp was basically in pieces when I got it. Many of the molex connectors were cut or missing, all the back panel jacks were gone, and it had some underlying issues that originally caused the first owner to disassemble it.
Once I got the connections sorted out, I replaced the power supply caps and all the heat stressed parts. The amp also had several bad solder joints, likely caused by tube-generated heat as well. I threw a 3-way switch on the back panel so the owner could switch channels without a special Peavey footswitch.
Surprisingly, the amp has a strong Fenderish clean channel. Not bad at all. Glad it didn't end up in a landfill somewhere.
