I don't know the history on this amp, but it looks like some sort of ancient time machine.
The amp just needed some restoration - new electrolytic capacitors, 3-prong cord, etc. The reverb circuit also required repair. Definitely the best sounding 1484 I've ever heard, though some of that has to do with the killer preamp tubes and old Tung-Sol 5881s it was loaded with!
