This amp is very similar to the U305R, but with 7591 output tubes. It doesn't have the U305R's great tremolo circuit but the reverb is a little nicer due to its larger tank. Added 3-prong power cord, rebuilt power supply, new coupling caps - the old paper-in-oil caps all leaked DC.
UPDATE - was never happy with the tone of this guy so I gutted the chassis and built a custom circuit on terminal strips. I kept the 7591 outputs and 6AN8 reverb driver but I went with a bias modulated tremolo.
First channel is Fenderish with the option of running parallel input triodes. 2nd channel is a 12AU7 cascode. Sounds great!
